Tenant shall not solicit business <br /> or display merchandise within the Common Area, or distribute <br /> handbills therein, or take any action which would interfere with <br /> the rights of other persons to use the Common Area. Landlord may <br /> temporarily close any part of the Common Area for such periods of <br /> time as may be necessary to. prevent the public from obtaining <br /> prescriptive rights or to make repairs or alterations. <br /> ARTICLE V. USE AND CARE OF PREMISES <br /> 5.01 The Demised Premises may be used only for the purpose <br /> specified in Paragraph 1.01(12), above, and for no other purpose or <br /> purposes without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant <br /> shall use in the transaction of business in the Demised Premises <br /> ~ <br /> the trade name specified in Paragraph 1.01(5), above, and no other <br /> trade name without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant <br /> shall not at any time leave the Demised Premises vacant, but shall <br /> in good faith continuously throughout the term of this lease <br /> conduct and carry on in the entire Demised Premises the type of <br /> business for which the Demised Premises are leased. <br /> 5.02 Tenant shall not, without Landlord's prior written <br /> consent, keep anything within the premises or use the premises for <br /> any purpose which increases the insurance premium cost or <br /> invalidates any insurance policy carried on the Demised Premises or <br /> other parts of the Shopping Center. All property kept, stored, or <br /> maintained within the premises by Tenant shall be at Tenant's sole <br /> risk. <br /> 5.03 Tenant shall not conduct within the Demised Premises any <br />
