Reduction goal to be determined by the Edwards <br /> Underground Water District to protect human health, safety <br /> and livestock watering. <br /> 3. Penalty for violations of Stage 5 demand reduction <br /> measures: $100 to $2,000 per day fine for each violation. <br />
