Brown <br /> Gerald G. Farr <br /> * John A. Kreczmer <br /> Jaime Moore <br /> * Tess Norris <br /> City Manager A. C. Gonzalez <br /> City Secretary Janis K. Womack <br /> City Attorney * Barbara Jean Edwards <br /> Also Present: Fred Guerra, Jeff Watkins, Jerri Martin, Olga Garza and <br /> others. <br /> Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. <br /> Mr. Farr moved the Council adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to <br /> Article 6252-l7, §2 (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss personnel at 11:02 a.m. <br /> and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mr. Farr moved the Council convene at 11:30 a.m. and Mr. Brown seconded <br /> the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration authorization for the City <br /> Manager to employ legal counsel. Mr. Brown moved to authorize the City <br /> Manager to employ legal counsel for Police Chief Myron Galchutt regard- <br /> ing the eligibility of applicants for the Police Department, in the <br /> event litigation is filed, and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> The meeting adjourned at ll:34 a.m. on motion made by Mr. Farr and <br /> seconded by Mr. Moore. <br /> h>ì /) <br /> 11l¿)W'r' <br /> Karl W.
