-7- <br /> <br /> damages, penalties, interest, court costs, legal fees and all <br /> other expenses occurring in connection with this Agreement, <br /> except those arising or resulting from the willful misconduct <br /> of Lessor or its agents, employees and contractors. Lessee <br /> agrees to investigate, respond to, and defend any such claims, <br /> demand, or suit at the sole expense of Lessee. The indemnity <br /> required hereunder shall not be limited by reason of the <br /> specification of any particular insurance coverage in this <br /> Agreement. Lessee further agrees to obtain from its <br /> contractors, subcontractors, and consultants the same <br /> <br /> ~ndemnification in writing of Lessor as stated hereinabove. <br />17. Insurance: <br /> <br /> a. The Lessee shall, at its own expense, purchase and maintain <br /> such ~nsurance as w~ll protect it from claims as set forth <br /> below which may arise out of its operations under this <br /> Agreement, whether such operations are by itself or by any <br /> subcontractor or by anyone directly or indirectly employed <br /> by any of them or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be <br /> liable: <br /> <br /> (1) Worker compensation insurance- statutory limits <br /> <br /> (2) Comprehensive general liability insurance- $250,000/ <br /> $500,000/$100,000 or $500,000 combined single limit. <br /> <br /> b. The insurance coverage set forth hereinabove shall be <br /> written so that the Lessor will be notified in writing, in <br /> the event of cancellation, restrictive amendment or <br /> <br /> <br />
