<br />the City Council, after which City will deliver the original returns to <br />the School District Office for the election canvass by the School Board <br />of Trustees. School agrees to return the original returns to the City <br />after completion of the election canvass. City agrees to maintain <br />custody of the e,lection returns upon delivery by the School for a <br />minimum period of sixty (60) days following the date of the election. <br /> City also agrees to furnish School with the original records, upon <br />request by the School, in the event they are required for any court <br />proceedings in which the School may be a party. <br /> IV. <br /> To facilitate the administration of the election, and as a <br />convenience to the voters, during the absentee voting period of Konday, <br />April 15, 1991 through Tuesday, April 30, 1991, City agrees to <br />designate the School District Office, 501 South L.B.J. Drive, as a <br />Temporary Branch Absentee Polling Place for the City, and School agrees <br />to designate City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins, as a Temporary Branch Absentee <br />Polling Place for the School. <br /> City and School further agree to maintain a Temporary Branch <br />Absentee Polling Place for each other in accordance with Section <br />85.062, Election Code, V.T.C.A. <br /> V. <br /> On Election day, all forms used in the conduct of the election, <br />including but not limited to the poll list, signature roster, ballot <br />registers, expense accounts, and all oaths and certificates will be <br />used jointly by the two agencies. All forms will be returned to the <br />City Secretary who shall keep them in her custody for a minimum period <br />of Sixty (60) days following the date of the election. City agrees to <br />furnish School copies of any election documents, upon School's request, <br />
