RESOLUTION 2013 -73R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF PRIMARY <br />UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC POWER CABLE FROM TECHLINE, INC. <br />FOR THE HILLSIDE RANCH APARTMENTS IN THE ESTIMATED <br />AMOUNT OF $105,336.50 THROUGH THE CITY'S MATERIAL <br />ACQUISITION SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE LOWER <br />COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The purchase of 4,774 feet of primary underground electric power cable from <br />Techline, Inc. for the Hillside Ranch Apartments in the estimated amount of $105,336.50 <br />through the City's Material Acquisition Services Agreement with the Lower Colorado River <br />Authority ( "LCRA ") is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Purchasing Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
