Freese and Nichols <br /> agrees to hold at least three monthly coordination meetings with <br /> the City staff during this time. <br /> The City agrees to pay Freese and Nichols the total sum of <br /> $25,ØØØ.Øø for all work under this agreement, as follows: <br /> Upon presentation of an invoice verifying the completion of <br /> the first five tasks listed above ........ $l2,5ØØ.ØØ <br /> Upon presentation of the final report to the City Council and <br /> delivery of the rate design software ..... $l2,5ØØ.ØØ <br /> TOTAL $25,ØØØ.Øø <br /> This agreement may be terminated by either party by giving ten <br /> days advance written notice to the other party.
