<br /> 125 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991- 32 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF A LETTER AGREEMENT WITH <br /> DIVERSIFIED UTILITY CONSULTANTS, INC.; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos desires to enter into an <br />agreement with Diversified utility Consultants, Inc. for <br />professional consul ting services in connection with the City's <br />purchase of electric power from the Lower Colorado River Authority; <br />now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the attached Letter <br />Agreement with Diversified utility Consultants, Inc., in connection <br />with the City's purchase of electric power from the Lower Colorado <br />River Authority and the elimination of the voltage differential in <br />the Authority's wholesale electric rate to the City, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br />authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas. <br /> PART 3. That this resolution shall become effective <br />immediately from and after its passage. <br /> ADOPTED this 25th day of , 1991. <br /> W,.
