MANAGEMENT <br /> Prior to establishing his own utility consulting service, Mr. Pous had been <br /> continuously employed in various aspects of the utility industry since 1973 . Mr. Pous has <br /> been employed as a rate engineer by a major Missouri electric utility. His experience as <br /> a rate engineer includes depreciation studies, fixed charge analyses, loss of load <br /> probability studies and rate design. Mr. Pous has also held the position of Corporate <br /> Planning Engineer where his duties and responsibilities included the development and <br /> operation of computerized actuarial depreciation programs, financial modeling programs, <br /> forecasting, planning, and the preparation of expert testimony. Mr. Pous was a principle <br /> member of project teams that wrote, installed, maintained and operated computerized <br /> depreciation and financial corporate modeling programs. <br /> Mr. Pous has over ten years experience in regulatory consulting with a national <br /> consulting and engineering firm specializing in utility rate matters, In his consulting <br /> experience, Mr. Pous has prepared and presented numerous revenue requirement and <br /> fully distributed cost-of-service retail rate studies for various electric, gas and water rate <br /> proceedings in state regulatory commissions, state district courts, nuclear plant prudence <br /> issues and other issues. <br /> Mr. Po us has been extensively involved in contested electric and gas rate <br /> proceedings as a negotiator on behalf of clients and has provided expert testimony and <br /> testified before numerous state and federal regulatory commissions regarding <br /> cost -of-service issues, depreciation studies, nuclear decommissioning analyses, <br /> non-nuclear decommissioning and salvage studies, allocation studies, least cost life cycle <br /> analyses, and nuclear plant prudence issues. Further, he has prepared and assisted in <br /> the preparation of power supply alternatives for municipal systems as well as for a <br /> state-wide municipal system, and has represented municipals in condemnation <br /> proceedings wherein he worked on valuation projects of electric distribution systems. <br /> A list of the cases and jurisdictions in which Mr. Po us has testified is attached. <br /> Mr. Pous is a registered professional engineer in the states of Florida, <br /> Texas,Louisiana, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi and North <br /> Carolina. <br />
