<br /> 131 <br /> CITY OF SEGUIN <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 633 <br /> COUNTY OF GUADALUPE <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR MUTUAL AID IN FIRE <br /> PROTECTION BETWEEN THE CITY OF SEGUIN AND THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Seguin is in close geoqraphic proximity <br /> to the City of San Marcos; and <br /> WHEREAS, the city council believes that it is in the public <br /> interest of the City of Seguin to enter into an Agreement for <br /> Mutual Aid in Fire Protection with the City of San Marcos; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City council of the City <br /> of Seguin, Texas, as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement for Mutual Aid in Fire Protection between <br /> the City of Seguin and City of San Marcos attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "An and incorporated herein for all purposes is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2.
