He are using this statewide compet1tive RFP process to <br /> distribute $1,910,000 of ESGP funds. Please note that the dead 11 ne for <br /> submission of a proposal is April 8, 1991. These funds are to help meet the <br /> emergency needs of homeless persons and may be used to rehabilitate shelters, <br /> pro1Jide essential services, and assist w1th maintenance and operation costs. <br /> The Department is scheduled to move March 15, 1991 to its new address at 2201 <br /> Donley Drive, Suite 200 in Au s tin. The ma i 11 ng address, P.O. Box 13166, <br /> ALlstin, Texas 78711-3166 will remain the same. After the move is completed, <br /> the Community Service telephone number will be 512/475-3950.
