<br /> 14 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991- 39R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON <br /> MARCH 11, 1991, WHICH APPOINTED VOTING CLERKS AND <br /> TABULATION ASSISTANTS FOR THE JOINT ELECTION TO BE <br /> HELD ON MAY 4, 1991; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos <br /> adopted a resolution on March 11, 1991, whi ch appointed <br /> voting clerks and tabulation assistants for the joint <br /> election to be held on May 4, 1991, and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend that resolution <br /> to appoint different individuals to serve as voting clerk and <br /> tabulation assistant; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That Part 6 of that resolution adopted on <br /> March 11, 1991, which appointed voting clerks is amended to <br /> substitute Rosemary Icossipentarhos for Steve Kubeczka. <br /> PART 2. That Part 7 of that resolution adopted on <br /> March 11, 1991, which appointed tabulation assistants is <br /> amended to substitute Steve Kubeczka for Danny Bazan. <br /> PART 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force <br /> and effect from and after its passage. <br /> ADOPTED this 8th day of April , 1991. <br /> l~ .
