DISCOUNT: The sum of the unit charges for services to all eligible devices \collectively called "Devices") <br /> under the referenced On-Call Service Agreement ("Agreement") will be discounted according to the <br /> following Discount Schedule: <br /> NUMBER OF MINIMUM NUMBER OF DEVICES PERCENT DISCOUNT <br /> ELIGIBLE THAT MUST BE INOPERABLE FROM DEVICE <br /> DEVICES BEFORE SERVICE IS REQUESTED UNIT CHARGES <br /> 10-19 2 150/0 <br /> 20-34 4 20% <br /> 35-49 5 250/0 <br /> 50- 74 7 30% <br /> 75-99 10 35% <br /> 100-149 15 35% <br /> 150-200 20 40% <br /> 200 + as quoted as quoted <br /> 3. Service for Devices may be requested only when the number of inoperable Devices reaches the level <br /> specified in the Discount Schedule. The Buyer will pay DGe's labor hour charges for service calls <br /> placed when fewer Devices are inoperable. <br /> DGC will service Buyer's inoperable Devices at least quarterly (monthly if the number of Devices is fifty <br /> or more) in the course of scheduled preventive maintenance calls or remedial maintenance calls under <br /> the Agreement. Notwithstanding Section 3, labor hour charges will not apply to such services. regardless <br /> of the number of Devices inoperable at the time. <br /> 5, This Amendment shall prevail over any conflicting term in the Agreement. This Amendment and all <br /> other amendments to the Agreement are subject to signed acceptance by an authorized DGC represen- <br /> tative at its home office.
