<br /> 24 <br /> GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> Part 1-0ffer <br /> Date of Offer: APR 1 1 1991 Project No. 3-48-0195-08 <br /> irport: San Marcos Municipal Contract No. DOT FA 91 SW-8238 <br /> TO: the city of San Marcos, Texas <br /> (herein referred to as the "Sponsor") <br /> FROM: The united States of America (acting through the Federal Aviation <br /> Administration, herein referred to as the "FAA") <br /> WHEREAS, the Sponsor has submitted to the FAA a Project Application (also <br /> called an Application for Federal Assistance) dated March 26, 1991, for a <br /> grant of Federal funds for a project for development of the San Marcos <br /> Municipal Airport (herein called the "Airport"), together with plans and <br /> specifications for such project, which Application for Federal Assistance, <br /> as approved by the FAA is hereby incorporated herein and made a part <br /> hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the FAA has approved a project for development of the Airport <br /> (herein called the "Project") consisting of the following-described airport <br /> development: <br /> Rehabilitate medium intensity runway lights for Runway 12-30 <br /> all as more particularly described in the property map and plans and <br /> specifications incorporated in the said Application for Federal Assistance. <br /> FAA Form 5100-37 (2-88) Development or Noise Program Page 1 of 5 pages <br />
