Copies of any such <br /> original documents shall be provided to the Owner at no cost to <br /> the Owner upon the Owner's request. However, the Engineer shall <br /> not be responsible, and liabilit¥ is hereby waived by the Owner <br /> against the Engineer, and the Owner shall indemnify the Engineer <br /> from any and all losses, claims, demands and causes of action <br /> resulting from the Owner's intentionally, willfully, and wantonly <br /> illegal use of the plans, specifications and construction contract <br /> documents and/or the intentionally, willfully and wantonly illegal <br /> use by others if the Owner has knowledge of such use by others, <br /> and in such event, the Owner will exercise its best efforts to <br /> -16- <br />
