<br /> Section 2. (Number, Tenure and Qualifications.) The number of <br /> Trustees shall be a minimum of nine (9) with a maximum of eighteen (18). <br /> Nine (9) Trustees will serve six (6) years, six (6) Trustees will <br /> serve four (4) years, and three (3) will serve two (2) years. <br /> Section 3. (Regular Meetings.) A regular annual meeting of <br /> the Board of Trustees shall be held each year in the month of September <br /> at such time and place as may be designated by the Chainnan. <br /> Section 4. (Special Meetings.) Special meetings of the Board <br /> of Trustees may be called at the request of the Chairman of the Board. <br /> The Chairman of the Board shall also call a special meeting if requested <br /> by three (3) members of the Board. The Olainnan of the Board shall <br /> fix the time and place, either within or without the State of Texas, <br /> of any special meetings of the Board. <br /> Section 5. (Notice.) Notice of any regular or special meeting <br /> of the Board of Trustees shall be given at least ten (IO) days <br /> previously thereto by written notice delivered personally or sent <br /> by mail or telegram to each Trustee at his address as shown by the <br /> records of the Foundation. If mailed, such notice shall be deemed to <br /> be delivered when deposited in the United States mail in a sealed <br /> envelope so addressed, with pos~ge thereon prepaid. If notice be <br /> given by telegram, such notice shall be deemed to be delivered wner. <br /> the telegram is delivered to the telegraph company. Any Trustee may <br /> waive notice of any meeting. The attendance of a Trustee at any <br /> meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting, except <br /> where a Trustee attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting <br /> 35 <br />
