PAGE Q - THE DAILY RECORD, San Marcos, TX,., Sunday, June 2, 2013 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The City Council of the ,City of San Mar- <br />cos, Texas, will hold a 'public hearing in <br />the Council Chambers at City Hall, 630 E. <br />Hopkins, at 9`:110 "p.m. on Tuesday, June <br />18, 2013, to consider the following: <br />A request to abandon street' s and al- <br />loys in, the, Park Addition, irst and <br />Second Division, as follows: a 16 foot <br />alley between lots 43 and 50 to the <br />north and Iota 4l, 42, 51 and 52 to the <br />South from Sesetom Drive to Peachtree <br />Street; a 16 foot alley between lots 39, <br />$3, 56 and 61 to the north and lots 38, <br />54, 57 and 60 to the south from Ses- <br />som Drive . to the northwest boundary <br />of said Park Addition; Locust Street <br />from Loquat Street (a/k/a Pecan Street) <br />to the northeast corner of lot 50; Lo- <br />quat (a/k/a Pecan) Street from Sessom <br />Drive to Peachtree Street; and <br />Peachtree Street from the southeast <br />Corner of lot 63 to the northwest cor- <br />ner of lot 50. <br />The City of San Marcos does not discrimi- <br />nate on the basis of disability in the ad- <br />mission or access to its services, pro- <br />grams, or activities.
