The motion carried unanimously. <br />27.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -96R, approving an agreement of sale with the <br />Trust for Public Land for the City to purchase approximately 93 acres of land for the <br />expansion of the Purgatory Creek Preserve Green Space at a price of $1,242,209.00, <br />subiect to grant funding from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the Citys <br />in kind contribution of land from an adiacent 107 acre tract of land; authorizing the <br />City Manager to execute said agreement and related closing documents; and declaring <br />an effective date. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Scott and a second by Council Member <br />Prather, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve Resolution 2013 - <br />96R, as previously captioned, the motion carried unanimously. <br />28.Question and Answer Session with Press and Public <br />Bridgette Phillips, San Marcos, asked if the Council knew where the sink holes were?
