<br /> (d) Initial Bond Insertions. <br /> <br /> (i) The Initial Bond shall be in the form set forth <br /> in paragraph (a) of this Section, except that: <br /> A. immediately under the name of the Bond, <br /> the headings "Interest Rate " and <br /> "Maturity Date shall both be completed <br /> with the expression "As Shown Below" and the <br /> words "CUSIP No. " deleted; <br /> B. in the first paragraph: <br /> the words "on the Maturity Date specified <br /> above" shall be deleted and the following will <br /> be inserted: "on the first day of January in <br /> the years, in the principal installments and <br /> bearing interest at the per annum rates set <br /> forth in the following schedule: <br /> Principal Interest <br /> Year Installments Rate <br /> (Information to be inserted from Section 3.02(b) <br /> hereof.) <br /> C. in the second paragraph: <br /> the words "executing the registration <br /> certificate appearing hereon" shall be deleted <br /> and an additional sentence shall be added to the <br /> paragraph as follows: "The initial Paying <br /> Agent/Registrar is Ameritrust Texas, N.A., <br /> Austin, Texas"; and <br /> D. the Initial Bond shall be numbered T-l. <br /> E.
