BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Section 29-lØ9 of the San ~1arcos Code of Ordinances is amended to delete the following intersection, codified in alphabetical order, upon which drivers shall yield the right-of-way to other vehicles: Prospect Street and Columbia Street South SECTION 2. That Section 29-11Ø of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is amended to delete the following intersections, codified in alphabetical order, upon which drivers shall stop at posted stop signs: Baylor Street and Earle Street North-South Baylor Street and Franklin Street South Dartmouth Street and Advance Street North-South Dartmouth Street and Hillyer Street North-South Dartmouth Street and Marlton Street North-South Delmar Street and Marlton Street East Earle Street and Marlton Street East Franklin Street and Bishop Street Northeast Marlton Street and Bishop Street West Marlton Street and Columbia Street West Prospect Street and Columbia Street West SECTION 3. That Section 29-11Ø of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is amended to add the following intersections, codified in alphabetical order, upon which drivers shall stop at posted stop signs. Advance Street and Dartmouth Street East-West Baylor Street and Clyde Street North-South Baylor Street and Delmar Street North-South Clyde Street and Bishop Street West Columbia Street and Clyde Street North-South Columbia Street and Marlton Street North-South Columbia Street and Progress Street East Columbia Street and Prospect Street North Dartmouth Street and Clyde Street North-South Dartmouth Street and Franklin Street South Delmar Street and Amherst Street East Delmar Street and Columbia Street East Earle Street and Amherst Street East Earle Street and Baylor Street East-West Earle Street and Columbia Street East-t'Jest Hazelton Street and Dartmouth Street East-West Hillyer Street and Dartmouth Street East-t'lest Marlton Street and Dartmouth Street West SECTION 4. That if any word, phrase, sentence, section, or portion of this ordinance is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this ordinance shall remain in effect.
