Galvanized Iron Pipe set in Concrete: (a) a 1/4 in. Copper Pin found in Concrete along an old Wire Fenc~ and 45.8 ft. distant from the Centerline of the present tracks of the Union Pacific Railroad bears N 88°03"36" W, 954.52 ft., said Pin in Concrete having been placed by D.E. Metcalfe in 1954 to mark the Northwest corner of the 18.98 ac. first part of Share Number Three of the above-mentioned Partition of the Estate of J.H. Gary, Deceased and the Northwest corner of that certain 37.05 ac. conveyed by Hattie Jennings to Cone Mills Corporation by Deed dated September 1, 1954 and recorded in Vol. 160 at Pg. 258 of the Hays County Deed Records, (b) an old 1/2 in. Iron Pipe found (8 in. down) bears S 88°03" 36"E, 67.69 ft., said Pipe having been placed in 1954 by D.E. Metcalfe (Metcalfe Field Book 301 Pg. 37) to mark a point upon the North boundary of the 18.1 ac. portion of Share Number Six of the Partition of the Estate of J.H. Gary, Deceased and the North boundary of the above-mentioned 37.05 ac. tract conveyed by Hattie Jennings to Cone Mills Corporation, (c) a 1/2 in. Iron Rod found along an old Wire Fence bears N 88°03.36" W, 949.99 ft. and N I-56" E, 0.21 ft., said Rod marking the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of RIVER RIDGE subdivision according to the record plat thereof, (d) a 1/2 in. Iron Rod found along an old, irregular Wire Fence bears N 88°03"36u W, 709.23 ft. and S 1°56. W, 3.15 ft., said Rod marking the North common corner of Lot 1 and Lot 2 of RIVER RIDGE according to the record plat thereof, (e) a 1/2 in. Iron Rod found along said old Wire Fence bears N 88°03" 36'. W, 226.02 ft. and S 1°56.
