Iron Rod found marking the salient South <br /> corner of Lot 2 of RIVER RIDGE subdivision, said Rod marking also <br /> the Westerly Southwest corner of Lot 4 of said subdivision and <br /> being located on a 257.36 ft. radius curve in the Northeast line <br /> of the 72 ft. right-of-way of a public street known as Carlson <br /> Circle, and from which Iron Rod found: <br /> (a) a 1/2 in. Galvanized Iron Pipe set (no record monument found) <br /> bears N 11°45~48" W, 57.35 ft., said Pipe marking the end of <br /> the above-mentioned 257.36 ft. radius curve in the Northeast <br /> line of the right-of-way of Carlson Circle and the Southerly <br /> boundary of Lot 2 <br /> -000- <br /> (1) THENCE from the POINT OF BEGINNING along the West boundary of <br /> Lot 4 of RIVER RIDGE, N 23°44"24" E, 467.80 ft. to a 1/2 in. <br /> Iron Rod found marking an Angle Point in said boundary and <br /> from which Rod found, a 5/8 in. Iron Rod found marking <br /> another Angle Point in said boundary bears N 41°49P36" E, <br /> 108.26 ft.; <br /> (2) THENCE continuing along the West boundary of Lot 4, N 41°49~ <br /> 36" E, 54.56 ft. to a 1/2 in.
