<br />of the said 'Kyle tract, with the curving East line of the Approximate
<br />Limits of the Existing Railroad Occupation Line of the International Railroad
<br />Company right of way, for the Southwest corner of the tract herein described,
<br />same being the Horthwe~t corner of that tract of land conveyed to Cone Mills
<br />Corporation by Haltie Jennings by deed dated September 2,1954, and recorded
<br />in Volume 160, Page 270, Hays County Deed Records;
<br />
<br />THEIICE, leaving fence, and the said Cone Hills Corp'oration tract, with the said
<br />Apprpximate Limits of the Existing Railroad right of way Occupation Line,
<br />497.23 feet, along 'the arc of the said curve to the left, having a Radius of
<br />1910.08 feet, and a subchord which bears 1106° 06' E, 495.90 feet, to an iron
<br />stake set under fence, for the Northwestlcorner of the tract herein described;

<br />THEIICE, leaving the said Approximate Limits of the Existing Railroad right of way Oc-
<br />cupation Line, with fence, and projection of fence line, S 87° 16' E, at about 50 feet

<br />high bank of the Blanco River and continuing on in a", 1157.80 feet, to the
<br />lIortheast corner of the tract herein described, same being on the approximate
<br />centerline of the Blanco Rive~;

<br />THEIICE, with the approximate centerline of the said Blanco River, SOlo 17' W,
<br />at about 8 feet, passing an Overhead Power and Tel~phone Line, at about
<br />461 feet, passing the approximate centerline of a low water Bridge over the said
<br />Blanco River and continuing on in all 496.11 feet, to the Southeast corner of
<br />the tract herein described, same being the Northeast corner of the aforement\oned
<br />Cone Mills Corporation tract;

<br />the high bank of the sa1d Blanco 'River, at about 199 feel I passing the aforemen-
<br />tioned road, at 216.55 feet, passing an iron stake sel, at 474.97 feet, joining
<br />fence at an iron stake set, and al about 1150 feet, passing the aforementioned
<br />approximate limits of the said Internation Railroad Company 200 foot Strip, and
<br />continuing on 1n all 1199.60 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 13.29 acres
<br />of land. Surveyed February, 1979.
