TAEBEL AND MR. <br /> ROBERT L. WEGNER, FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN <br /> CONNECTION ~VITH A SURVEY OF CITIZEN ATTITUDES FOR <br /> THE CITY'S MASTER PLAN UPDATE¡ AUTHORIZING FINAL <br /> PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,lSØ.ØØ¡ AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has engaged the <br /> services of Dr. Richard L. Cole, Dr. Delbert A. Taebel and <br /> Mr. Robert L. Wegner (the "Consultants") for the provision of <br /> consulting services in connection with a survey of citizen <br /> attitudes¡ and, <br /> WHEREAS, these services were provided pursuant to a <br /> contract between the City and the consultant, executed on <br /> August 14, 199Ø¡ now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That all consulting services provided in <br /> connection with a survey of citizen attitudes for the City's <br /> Master Plan Update, have been completed pursuant to that <br /> contract of August 14, 199Ø, between the City and the <br /> Consultants. <br /> PART 2. That payment in the amount of $6,lSØ.ØØ to <br /> the Consultants in full and final payment for these services <br /> is hereby authorized. <br /> PART 3.
