Responses are shown in Table 8. <br /> [See Table 8] <br /> As indicated in Table 8, a large proportion (66.6%) <br /> say they do not receive enough information about the issues <br /> and problems facing San Marcos. Most (43.8%) say that <br /> "newspapers" are their most important source for the <br /> information which they do receive, and a significant <br /> proportion of respondents (34.1%) say their most important <br /> information source simply is "talking with other people." <br /> Interestingly, only 3.4% of respondents say that <br /> the newsletter, Update San Marcos is their most important <br /> source of information about the city.
