<br /> SUPPORT OF GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> Five areas received ratings of over 75% for further <br /> growth and development: "entertainment and recreation" <br /> (87.0%): "restaurants other than fast food" (84.4%)¡ "river <br /> corridor development: parks" (81.5%): "minor emergency <br /> medical facilities (80.1%); and "YMCA and other fitness <br /> centers" (76.5%). <br /> As Table 14 shows, the next ten in rank (6 through 15) <br /> are favored by ratings of' from 50.7% ("public housing") to <br /> 73.9% ("retail shopping downtown"). The remaining eight areas <br /> received ratings ranging down from 45.3% for "single-story <br /> apartments" to the least favored area, "mobile home parks" <br /> with only 13.7% answering yes. <br /> [See Table 14] <br /> Comparing student with noh-student responses reveals <br /> four cases in which a disparity of more than 20 percentage <br /> points occurs as shown in Table 14a. In three of these cases <br /> student preferences were larger than non-students: mobile <br /> home parks; multi-story apartments; and shopping <br /> malls.
