Central sector residents are also markedly <br /> different in that they favor shopping malls and automobile <br /> dealers far less than residents in other sectors. <br /> Notable differences between ethnic groups occur in <br /> five cases. African-americans favor retail shopping (not <br /> malls or downtown) roughly twice as much as either Hispanics <br /> or Anglos do. They favor hotels and motels just about half as <br /> much as Hispanics or Anglos. Warehouses are favored by only <br /> 12.5% African-americans compared with 56.1% Hispanic and <br /> 46.3% Anglo.
