<br /> 27 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991- 73 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PATI-1ENT TO GARICO, <br /> INC. FOR INSTALLATION OF THE SUPERVISORY CONTROL <br /> AND DATA ACQUISITION ("SCADA") SYSTEM FOR THE WATER <br /> AND WASTEWATER UTILITY, ACCEPTING THE PROJECT FOR <br /> USE BY THE CITY, AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE <br /> AMOUNT OF $49,946.Ø8; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has engaged the <br />services of Garico, Inc. for installation of the Supervisory <br />Control and Data Acquisition ("SCADA") System for the City's <br />water and wastewater ~tility; and, <br /> VlHE REAS, these services were provided pursuant to a <br />contract between the City and the contractor executed on <br />January ll, 199Ø; no\.¡, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART l. Tha t the installation of the SCADA System <br />for the City's water and wastewater utility has been <br />completed pursuant to that contract of January 11, 199Ø <br />between the City and Garico, I nc ., and is hereby accepted for <br />use by the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PART 2. That payment in the amount of $49,946.Ø8 to <br />Garico, Inc. in full and final payment for these services is <br />hereby authorized. <br /> PART 3.
