<br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2007 - 128 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE LEASE OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL <br />AIRPORT TO JOHN PRICKETT, AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />1 On June 5, 2007, the San Marcos Airport Commission reviewed a proposed Lease <br />Agreement between the City and John Prickett and approved forwarding this Agreement to <br />the City Council recommending approval. <br /> <br />2. John Prickett is proposing to construct a hangar for noncommercial use under the <br />standard 20 year Lease Agreement terms of $0.20 a square foot in exchange for a <br />$200,000 minimum capital investment. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br /> <br />PART 1 The attached Lease of Airport Property to John Prickett for the <br />purpose of constructing a hangar for noncommercial use is approved <br /> <br />PART 2.
