Vehicle washing is restricted as follows: <br />o Charity car washes are prohibited unless held at a certified commercial car <br />wash. <br />o Non-commercial vehicle washing is prohibited. <br />o Commercial vehicle washing is prohibited except at certified commercial car <br />washes. <br />. Swimming pools: <br />o Swimming pools located outdoors must have at least 25% of the water surface <br />area covered when not in use. <br />o Filling of new and existing swimming pools is prohibited. <br />o Make-up of existing pools is allowed. <br />. Operation of outdoor and indoor aesthetic water features is prohibited. <br />. Washing impervious surfaces is prohibited unless required for health and safety. <br />. Foundation watering is allowed only one day per weel< on the designated weel<day <br />between the hours of midnight to 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to midnight. <br />.
