Enforcement <br />actions may include education, formal warnings, misdemeanor charges, civil penalties, <br />installation of flow control devices and termination of water service. Misdemeanor charges are <br />punishable by fine as follows: <br />. 1 st Offense: $100 to $250. <br />. 2nd Offense: $250 to $500. <br />. 3rd Offense: $500 to $2,000. <br />It is presumed that a violation of a water use restriction is caused by the person in whose name a <br />water meter connection is registered. <br /> <br />11 <br />
