Rate: US-IA:5/8-3/4 Inch Water Meter: First 2,000 gallons - $22.42 Minimum BUt Over 2,000 gallons ~ $6.46 per 1,000 gallons or fraction th ereaL US-IB; I-Inch Water Meter: First 4,000 gallons - $44.79 Minimum Bill. Over 4,000 gallons - $6.46 per 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof ( US-l C: 1-1/2 Inch Water Meter: First 8,000 gallons - $89t57 Minimum BilL Over 8,000 gallons - $6..46 per] ,000 .gallons or fraction thereot: US-ID: 2-Inch Water Meter and greater: First 13,000 gallons - $143..33 Minimum BilL Over 13,000 gallons - $6.46 per 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof. Maximum Bill: No additional charge will be applied to a single-family Residential Customers for volumes in excess of 8,000 gallons for the US-lA, US-IB~ US-Ie rate categories. Single Point of Delivery: The above rates are based upon the supply of water to the entire premises t1uuugh a single delivery and metering point. A separate supply of water for the same consumer at other points of consumption shall be separately metered and billed. Ootional MethodoloQV for Measurement of Use by Industrial Users: An industrial user that uses a 2-inch or larger meter may submit a Mitten request for the use of a methodology to determine the amount of wastewater services used other than metering of water or wastewater use. The methodology must be designed to charge the user for actual wastewater service use, and is subject to approval by the Director of Water! Wastewater Utility Operations. If approved, the methodology will be llsed for a period oftbree yearst subject to renewal upon submission by the user of a rene\vaI request accompanied by updated methodology information., and approval by the Director of W aterl Wastewater Utili ty 0 perations~ For this purpose, ""i.ndustrial user" is defined as a manufacturing or industrial operation.
