Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />1.1 On -site security personnel; <br />1.2 Civil and local authorities. <br />2. If the event warrants potential activation of the INCIDENT MANAGEMENT <br />TEAM, at a minimal basis, be prepared to answer the following questions: <br />3. Event related specifics: <br />3.1 Type of event; <br />3.2 Location of occurrence; <br />3.3 Time of occurrence; <br />3.4 Suspected cause. <br />4. Injuries and fatalities: <br />4.1 Number of persons fatally injured; <br />4.2 Number of persons seriously injured; <br />4.3 Status of persons seriously injured; <br />4.4 Potential for additional injuries or fatalities. <br />5. Company facilities potentially effected; <br />6. Building access: <br />6.1 Current access; <br />6.2 Near term potential access. <br />7. Potential for news media attention. <br />8. Report to the Crisis Management Center if directed by the INCIDENT <br />MANAGEMENT TEAM during the alert. <br />9. Participate in the activation meeting conducted by the INCIDENT <br />MANAGEMENT TEAM. <br />10. Ensure access control security has been established within or around the <br />perimeter of the impacted building, as appropriate. <br />11. Ensure a liaison has been established with local authorities having jurisdiction <br />and /or involvement in the event. <br />12. Interface with local regulatory agencies (e.g., OSHA, FEMA, EPA, etc.) regarding <br />the physical condition of the building. <br />18 <br />
