<br />Chapter 4 <br /> <br />Sector Four Action Plan <br /> <br />SECTOR FOUR ACTION PLAN <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />Once the future land use plan for Sector Four had been developed, an action plan was <br />created to achieve it. The Sector Four Action Plan for is a set of specific implementation <br />actions that will turn the Sector Four Future Land Use Plan into a reality. <br /> <br />Future Land Use Implementation Actions <br /> <br />. The City will review the Sector Four Future Land Use Plan periodically. <br /> <br />. The City will implement the Sector Four Future Land Use Plan as development <br />occurs. <br /> <br />. The City will, when authorized by the City Councilor the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, prepare city-initiated zoning cases to resolve conflicts between the <br />future land use map and the existing zoning map. <br /> <br />. The City will evaluate the need for additional transportation improvements. <br /> <br />.
