<br />Enclosed is the fully executed Interlocal Agreement between GBRA and (COMMUNITY) for the
<br />Guadalupe Basin Flood Feasibility Study. Please note that the table in Section 2 of the agreement has
<br />been modified as shown below to include the final split of study cost between the participating
<br />communities. This will have no effect on the terms of the agreement between GBRA and
<br />(COMMUNITY).
