<br />9.3. A cubic foot of gas shall be taken to be the amount of gas which occupies a volume of <br />one cubic foot at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit and under an absolute pressures <br />of fourteen and sixty-five hundredths (14.65) pounds per square inch. For all purposes of gas <br />measurement it shall be assumed that the atmospheric pressure in the City is at all times fourteen <br />and forty hundredths (14.40) pounds per square inch even though it is known that such pressure <br />does vary. Furthermore, it shall be assumed that the conditions prevailing in the customer's gas <br />meter shall be considered to be the equivalent of conditions defining a cubic foot of gas sixty <br />(60) degrees Fahrenheit and fourteen and sixty-five hundredths (14.65) pounds absolute pressure <br />even though it is known that the average temperature may exceed sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit <br />and the average pressure exceed fourteen and sixty-five hundredths (14.65) pounds absolute. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />gas, and said gas shall have a gross heating value of not less than one thousand (1000) British <br />thermal units per cubic fool. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. SCHEDULE OF RATES, MAPS, CONTRACT, REPORTS. <br /> <br />10.1. Grantee shall keep on file with the City a schedule setting forth its current residential, <br />commercial, and industrial rates for natural gas and services rendered under substantially the <br />same conditions to consumers of the same classification. Nothing contained in this ordinance, <br />however, shall adversely affect Grantee's right to apply for an increase in any of its rates at any <br />time during the term hereof and to a lawful and equitable decision with respect to any such <br />application. <br /> <br />10.2. Grantee shall keep on file with the City maps showing the current location of all <br />pipelines, distribution mains, city gates, regulator stations and other components of Grantee's <br />natural gas distribution facilities located in the City. These maps shall be updated at least <br />annually. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />10.3. Grantee shall file annually with the office of City Secretary, no later than three (3) <br />months after the end of Grantee's fiscal year, a copy of its annual report to its stockholders and a <br />financial report applicable to Grantee's system serving the City. This financial report shall <br />include an income statement applicable to Grantee's operations during the preceding twelve (12) <br />month period, a balance sheet and a statement of the properties devoted to Grantee's system <br />operations, and shall include information pertaining to the transport of gas through the City in <br />accordance with Section 6.1. This financial report shall be certified as correct by an authorized <br />officer of Grantee and there shall be submitted along with it such other reasonable information as <br />City Council shall request. Upon request, Grantee shall provide copies of its annual audit <br />performed by an independent certified public accountant, if such an audit has been performed. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. QUALITY OF SERVICE. <br /> <br />11.1. Grantee agrees to comply with all applicable customer service regulations of the <br />Railroad Commission of Texas or any similar state regulatory authority. <br /> <br />11.2. Grantee shall keep on file with the City a copy of its current customer service <br />policies. <br /> <br />I <br />
