(branded "ITT Exelis "). <br />Previous correspondence outlined the requirement to assign the referenced agreement from ITT <br />Corporation to Exelis Inc. <br />You may have previously signed and returned an Assignment of Agreement similar to those enclosed. <br />The current Assignment of Agreements more accurately reflects the agreement with your organization <br />regarding the referenced site. <br />Enclosed are three originals of the Assignment of Agreement for your site. All originals have been <br />signed by both ITT Corporation and Exelis Inc.
