<br /> -7- <br /> the exclusive use and benefit of CITY. <br /> 5.7 In performing this Agreement, Consultant, its successors <br /> and assigns, shall comply with all local, state and federal laws. <br /> 5.8 This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon <br /> fifteen (15) days prior written notice to the other party. <br /> VII. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> 7.1 Upon receipt of an invoice from the Consultant indicating <br /> completion of each of the following phases of services, the City <br /> will pay to the Consultant the respective sum indicated: <br /> Cost ProÐosal <br /> <br /> Establishment of Recordkeeping System (10%) $ 1,800.00 <br /> Environmental/Special Conditions Clearance (20%) $ 3,600.00 <br /> Construction Bid/Contract Award Process (25%) $ 4,500.00 <br /> Labor Standards Compliance/Construction <br /> Completion (35%) $ 6,300.00 <br /> Contract Close-Out (10%) $ 1,800.00 <br /> $18,000.00 <br /> The total of payments made by the City to the Consultant under <br /> this Agreement shall not exceed $18,000.00 without prior City <br /> approval. <br /> This Agreement shall represent the entire Agreement by and <br /> between the parties hereto as otherwise provided herein, and it may <br /> not be changed except by written amendment duly executed by all <br /> parties hereto. <br />
