<br /> 42 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1991 - 78 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE <br /> SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE FEDERAL <br /> AVIATION ADMINISTRATION FOR A GRANT TO <br /> ACCOMPLISH A MASTER PLAN UPD.ATE FOR THE SAN <br /> MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO ACT IN ALL MATTERS REGARDING THE <br /> FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION GRANT PROGRAM <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to submit an <br /> application for a grant from the Federal Aviation <br /> Administration for funds to conduct a master plan update for <br /> the San Marcos Municipal Airport; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the submission of an application to the <br /> Federal Aviation Administration for funds to conduct a master <br /> plan update for the San Marcos Municipal Aiport, a copy 0 f <br /> which is attached hereto, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, be and <br /> he is hereby authorized to act in all matters regarding the <br /> Federal Aviation Administration Grant Program on behalf of <br /> the City. <br /> PART 3.
