Identify and assess potential environmental impacts of the proposed <br /> Improvements at San Marcos Municipal Aifport. <br /> It is anticipated that the study will satisfy a genuine need in providing the City of San Marcos and other <br /> local officials with information needed for decisions relative to the future development of the airport in <br /> context with the economic realities of the local situation. This study will have a secondary benefit to the <br /> City in planning the surrounding area as well. <br /> III. APPROACH <br /> It is anticipated that the work will be accorf1)lished in four phases. <br /> Phase I . Airport Requirements <br /> Phase II . Airport Plans <br /> Phase III . Financial Plan <br /> Phase IV . Master Plan Documents <br /> The following task descriptions describe the intended approach to satisfy the objectives previously stated. <br /> The study will comply with applicable criteria, including FAA Advisory Circulars. The Environmental Review <br /> will be prepared in general accordance with FAA Order 5050.4A, DOT Order 1050.10, and other applicable <br /> Federal, State and local requirements. <br /> - 2- <br />
