<br /> The precise graphic format, base mapping, aerial photographic requirements or other technical details <br /> desired by the City may be determined prior to execution of the professional services agreement. The <br /> consultant is willing to develop a final graphic product into the format or medium required by the City. <br /> TASK 16.0. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> The FAA requires a public hearing for environmental assessments, which are required for major <br /> expansions, such as new runways or extensions. An environmental review, as anticipated for this project <br /> will not require the formal proceedings of a public hearing; however, it is both highly recommended and <br /> profitable to include public involvement throughout the planning process. Public information meetings, <br /> informal and informative in nature, should be conducted as a minifTIJm, once the development of <br /> alternatives is completed and again prior to the publishing of the final report. <br /> TASK 17.0 . MASTER PLAN COORDINA nON MEETINGS <br /> Coordination of the master plan should be an ongoing process throughout the development of the plan. <br /> Specific review and coordination meetings will be conducted following Task 4.0 - Forecasts of Aviation <br /> Demand, Task 6.0 - Development of Alternatives and Task 15.0 - Draft Master Plan Report. Participants <br /> in the process will include the City, the FAA, Airport Advisory Board and other interested parties. <br /> TASK 18.0 . FINAL MASTER PLAN REPORT <br /> At the completion of the study, a final draft report will be prepared that will be primarily based upon the <br /> technical memorandalworking papers previously submitted. The report will be submitted to the City for <br /> review and comment, as indicated on the proposed project schedule. Following subsequent review and <br /> comment by the City, the FAA and other officials or parties, a final report will be prepared, along with an <br /> executive summary which will present the study results and recommendations in a brief format intended <br /> primarily for public distribution. <br /> In addition to the final report, the airport layout plan (ALP), height hazard zoning maps and noise exposure <br /> maps will be prepared at appropriate scales. <br /> The precise graphic format, base mapping, aerial phQtographic requirements or other technical details <br /> desired by the City of San Marcos may be determined prior to execution of the professional services <br /> agreement.
