Box 606 <br /> San Marcos, Texas 78667-0606 <br /> ATTN: Mr. Tom Redclift <br /> RE: Letter of Agreement for Lease of Storage Area <br /> Dear Mr. Redclift: <br /> This letter, upon your countersignature below, will <br /> constitute an agreement whereby the City of San Marcos <br /> agrees to rent to Wide-Lite a 1,000 square foot portion of <br /> the warehouse area of the building located at 2300 South <br /> Interstate Highway 35, San Marcos, Texas, for the purpose of <br /> storing equipment, together with the occasional use of the <br /> equipment. The terms of this Lease Agreement are: <br /> 1. Rental rate is $ 250.00 per month, due on the first <br /> calendar day of each month. <br /> 2. This Lease Agreement is terminable by either party <br /> with thirty (30) days advance written notice. <br /> 3. Access by representatives of Wide-Lite to the <br /> storage area must be preceded by at least 24 hours advance <br /> notice to the Chief of the San Marcos Police Department. <br /> 4. Wide-Lite waives, and agrees to hold the City, its <br /> officers, agents and employees harmless from, any claims for <br /> damage to or destruction of its equipment during the time the <br /> equipment is on City property. <br /> 5. The starting date for this agreement is to be the <br /> day after the closing of the sale of the subject building by <br /> Wide-Lite to the City. <br /> City Hall. 630 East Hopkins.
