Before commencing any work, Contractor will provide Railroad with (i) the insurance binders, <br />policies, certificates and endorsements set forth in Exhibit C of this Agreement, and (ii) the <br />insurance endorsements obtained by each subcontractor as required under Section 12 of Exhibit <br />B of this Agreement. <br />B.
