STATE OF <br />0 <br />COUNTY OF _ § <br />EXHIBIT E <br />Notice of Restrictions <br />NOTICE OF RESTRICTION <br />Grantee or Subgrantee, a organized and existing under the laws of <br />the State of Texas having its principal place of business at Address, City, State, hereby places and <br />records this Notice. <br />Grantee or Subgrantee is the owner of certain real property located in Hays County, Texas, <br />and further described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Protected <br />Property "), and it does hereby record the following Notice on the Protected Property: <br />In the event the Grantee or Subgrantee fails to fully comply with the terms and conditions for <br />perpetual conservation (MAY ADDAMODIFY REASON(S) FOR GRANT) set forth in its <br />Endangered Species Program Fiscal Year 2012 Cooperative Endangered Species Conservation Fund <br />Grant Program - Barker Tract B -1 Recovery Land Acquisition grant after having been given written <br />notice of such alleged failure and a reasonable opportunity to cure the same, the property acquired <br />with this grant from the United States Fish and Wildlife Service ( "FWS "), and the dollars used as a <br />match for the grant shall be subject to transfer, replacement, or repayment proportionally to the <br />United States in accordance with 43 CFR 12.71 (c), as per instructions from FWS, the awarding <br />agency. <br />This Notice may be amended only with the prior consent and approval of the U.S. Fish and <br />Wildlife Service and notice to Grantee or Subgrantee. <br />EXECUTED by Grantee or Subgrantee. <br />GRANTEE OR SUBGRANTEE'S NAME <br />
