to the contractor of intent to terminate, and TPWD will provide the contractor with an opportunity for consultation with TPWD prior to termination. Upon receipt of written notice to terminate, the contractor shall promptly discontinue all services affected (unless the notice directs otherwise) and shall deliver or otherwise make available to TPWD, all data, drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, summaries, and such other information and materials as may have been accumulated by the contractor in performing this Contract, whether completed or in process Other Law: Performing Agency understands and agrees that by accepting money for services under this Contract, it will comply with all federal laws and regulations related to grants of federal funds under this Contract. As part of this agreement, Performing Agency will make the necessary certifications and agreements required, including but not limited to federal assurances, Attachments D.
