to the contractor of intent to terminate, and TPWD will provide the contractor with an opportunity for <br />consultation with TPWD prior to termination. <br />Upon receipt of written notice to terminate, the contractor shall promptly discontinue all services affected <br />(unless the notice directs otherwise) and shall deliver or otherwise make available to TPWD, all data, <br />drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, summaries, and such other information and materials as may <br />have been accumulated by the contractor in performing this Contract, whether completed or in process <br />Other Law: Performing Agency understands and agrees that by accepting money for services under this <br />Contract, it will comply with all federal laws and regulations related to grants of federal funds under this <br />Contract.
