<br /> ARTICLE 8 <br /> SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS <br />OWNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS <br />Original drawings and documents shall become the property of the Sponsor, and will be delivered <br />by the Consultant to the Sponsor upon completion of the Study or within thirty (30) clays of written notice <br />by either party of that party's intent to cancel the Agreement as set forth in Article 10. Reproductions of <br />them may be used by others upon written consent of the Sponsor. <br /> ARTICLE 9 <br /> ASSIGNMENT <br />This Agreement shall not be assignable in whole or in part without the written consent of both <br />parties. <br /> ARTICLE 10 <br /> ACCESS TO RECORDS <br />10.1.1 The Sponsor, the FAA, the Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their duly <br />authorized representatives shall have access to any books, documents, papers and records of the <br />Consultant which are directly pertinent to this project for the purpose of making audit, examination, <br />excerpts, and transcriptions. <br /> ARTICLE 11 <br /> INSURANCE <br />11.1.1 The Consultant agrees to procure and maintain at its expense until final payment by <br />Sponsor for services covered by this Agreement, insurance with insurance companies authorized to do <br />business in the State of Texas, covering all operations under this Agreement, whether performed by it or <br />its agents, employees, contractors or subcontractors. Before commencing the Work, Consultant shall <br />furnish to Owner certificates in form satisfactory to Sponsor, showing that Consultant has complied with <br />this Paragraph. All certificates shall provide that the policy or policies shall not be changed or cancelled <br />until at least thirty (30) days' written notice shall have been given to Sponsor. Coverages and required <br />limits of insurance are as follows: <br /> COVERAGE LIMITS <br />Comprehensive General Liability $250,000 per person, $500,000 per occurrence <br />Insurance for bodily injury or death; <br /> $100,000 per occurrence for property damage <br />Motor Vehicle Liability $250,000 per person, $500,000 per occurrence <br /> for bodily injury or death; <br /> $100,000 per occurrence for property damage <br />Worker's Compensation Statutory <br /> - 5 - <br />
