Box 14644, Austin, <br /> Texas, 78761, through its local operating division-- Longhorn <br /> Community Disposal, hereinafter referred to as II COIITRACTOR ", for <br /> recyclable materials collection service to the City of San Marcos. <br /> WI"ftŒSSE"m: OWIIER and CORTRACTOR do hereby agree as follows: <br /> ARTICLE 1 <br /> DEFINITIONS <br /> Wherever the following terms are used in this contract, their <br /> meaning shall be interpreted as specified in this section: <br /> 1) CITY - The City of San Marcos <br /> 2) COLLECTION - The removal and transportation of <br /> specified recyclable materials from the pickup point <br /> to the approved processing site. <br /> 3) CONTRACT AREA - The City of San Marcos city limits. <br /> 4) CONTRACT AREA MAP - Map of San Marcos. <br /> 5) CONTRACTOR - Waste Management of Texas, Inc., through <br /> its local operating division, Longhorn Çommunity <br /> Disposal. <br /> 6) CURBSIDE COLLECTION - Collection service rendered at <br /> a residence or duplex, involving the placement of <br /> containers for collection just behind the curb of the <br /> street abutting such property. <br />
