<br />- 12 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991- 92R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND <br /> USE MAP OF THE MASTER PLAN OF THE CITY FROM <br /> MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO PUBLIC FOR LOT <br /> 3, BLOCK 4, OF THE D.S. COMBS ADDITION TO THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, LOCATED AT 611 <br /> MARTIN LUTHER KING DRIVE AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on March 19, 1991, the Joint Planning and Zoning <br />commissions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing <br />regarding a request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Master <br />Plan from Medium Density Residential to Public for Lot 3, Block 4, <br />of the D.S. Combs Addition, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, located <br />at 611 Martin Luther King Drivei and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the <br />Commissions did, on March 19, 1991 and June 18, 1991, consider the <br />request and voted to approve it and have recommended that the <br />request be approved by the City Council of the CitYi and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the 12Uday <br />of August , 1991, regarding the requesti and, <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to <br />amendments have been meti and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the <br />public health, morals, welfare and safetYi now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the following described tract of real property <br />located at 611 Martin Luther King Drive, San Marcos, Hays County, <br />Texas, which is in an area shown on the Future Land Use Map of the <br />Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as Medium Density Residential <br />shall be shown on that map as Public: <br /> LOT 3, BLOCK 4, OF THE D.S. COMBS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 42, PAGE 332 OF THE HAYS <br /> COUNTY DEED RECORDS. <br /> PART 2.
