<br />or less, passing the northwest line of a 20 foot power
<br />line easement as recorded in Volume 278, Page 789, Hays
<br />County Deed Records, at 437.21 feet passing an iron stake
<br />with aluminum cap marked "Pro-Tech Eng" found at the west
<br />corner of that 14.20 acre tract of land conveyed to
<br />Central Freight Lines, Inc., by Theodore william Breihan,
<br />et ux, by deed dated January 10, 1966 and recorded in
<br />Volume 209, Page 418, Hays county Deed Records, same
<br />being the southeast line of the said 20 foot power line
<br />easement, and continuing on, with the southwest line of
<br />the said Central freight Lines, Inc. 14.20 acre tract, in
<br />all, a distance of 996.06 feet to an iron stake with
<br />aluminum cap marked "Pro-Tech Eng" found in the northwest
<br />line of Interstate Highway No. 35, same being the south
<br />corner of the said Central Freight Lines 14 . 20 acre
<br />tract, for the most southerly southeast corner of the
<br />tract herein described;
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Central Freight Lines, Inc.

<br />record in Book 1, Page 121, Hays County Plat Records, for
<br />the most southerly corner of the tract herein described,
<br />from which a highway monument found in the northwest line
<br />of I.H. 35 at its intersection with the northeast line of
<br />County Road No. 233, (McCarthy Lane) at Engineer's
<br />Centerline station 1083 + 10, bears S 44 42' 15" 7001.84
<br />feet;
<br />THENCE, leaving Interstate Highway No. 35, with the
<br />northeast line of the said Thermon Industrial Park, N 45
<br />06' 45" W, at 19.46 feet passing an iron stake in
<br />concrete found, and continuing on, in all, 1286.68 feet
<br />to an iron stake found at the north corner of Tract No.
<br />4 of Thermon Industrial Park, same being in the southeast
<br />line of an M.K. & T. 100 foot wide railroad right-of-way,
<br />for the most westerly corner of the tract herein

<br />of-way N 47 51' 01" E, 698.34 feet to an iron stake with
<br />aluminum cap marked "Pro-Tech Eng" found for the most
<br />northerly northeast corner of the tract herein described,

<br />THENCE, leaving the said M.K. & T. railroad right-of-way
