<br />-- 40 <br />\3'" <br />ð- ORDINANCE 1991- 47 <br />- <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 9 1/2-1 <br /> OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO CHANGE THE TITLE <br /> OF THE SECTION, TO DELETE SUBSECTIONS (a) AND <br /> (b) PERTAINING TO INTERIM RULES AND <br /> REGULATIONS AND LINE EXTENSION POLICY, AND TO <br /> AMEND SMEU ELECTRIC TARIFFS REGARDING TIME OF <br /> PAYMENT, SECURITY LIGHT MONTHLY RATE, CONNECT <br /> FEE, NON-PAY RECONNECT CHARGE, DEPOSITS AND <br /> REFUND OF DEPOSITS: PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION <br /> AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That Section 9 1/2-1 of Chapter 9 1/2 of the <br /> San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> Sec. 9 1/2-'-1. San Marcos Electric Utility Tariffs. <br /> The City of San Marcos Electric Utility Tariffs are <br /> hereby adopted as set forth in Exhibit "A" which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br /> purposes, and these tariffs are hereby adopted and <br /> shall remain in full force and effect until amended by <br /> ordinance duly passed, approved and adopted by the <br /> city council. This exhibit shall remain on file in <br /> the office of the city secretary. <br /> SECTION 2.
