-- 40 \3'" ð- ORDINANCE 1991- 47 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 9 1/2-1 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO CHANGE THE TITLE OF THE SECTION, TO DELETE SUBSECTIONS (a) AND (b) PERTAINING TO INTERIM RULES AND REGULATIONS AND LINE EXTENSION POLICY, AND TO AMEND SMEU ELECTRIC TARIFFS REGARDING TIME OF PAYMENT, SECURITY LIGHT MONTHLY RATE, CONNECT FEE, NON-PAY RECONNECT CHARGE, DEPOSITS AND REFUND OF DEPOSITS: PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Section 9 1/2-1 of Chapter 9 1/2 of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 9 1/2-'-1. San Marcos Electric Utility Tariffs. The City of San Marcos Electric Utility Tariffs are hereby adopted as set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, and these tariffs are hereby adopted and shall remain in full force and effect until amended by ordinance duly passed, approved and adopted by the city council. This exhibit shall remain on file in the office of the city secretary. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (lØ) days from and after its passage, and it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
